The idea of fixed vs growth mindsets is very fruitful, and I fully agree with the author of this article that it applies very well to teachers and staff, not only to pupils/students. The connection to "Fun learning" (which is the title of this scoop.it list)might be indirect, but it is very real: A teacher with a growth mindset are more inspiring and create better teaching. I'm absolutely sure about that!
